Victoria Girardo, is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Lending at Canadian Western Bank, where she leads five regional Real Estate teams and provides leadership for the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending portfolio nationally. Prior to joining the Real Estate team Victoria led teams across multiple areas of the Bank, most recently as Vice President, Credit Risk Management where she was responsible for teams of Commercial, Real Estate and Retail adjudicators. Her banking career spans over 20 years and also includes leadership roles in Commercial Lending, Marketing and Product Development. Victoria is known for her thoughtful and collaborative approach with the ability to build strong, positive working relationships. She has a strategic mindset geared towards innovation, improvement and finding solutions.
